this box was held up a little with posting dates due to stock not arriving in time due to bank holiday weekend,but its arrived and very interesting.

this sweet spread is lovely used to make aubergine rolls,or as a meze dip,makes a lovely flat bread sandwich filling and goes well with halloumi cheese,feta,pitta bread,can be used in multiple ways,hot or cold.if your in Macedonia in September time all you can smell is the roasting of peppers.to be fair its good just eaten from the jar on a spoon.
