hello and welcome to my first box from SAVIOUR SNACKS,
 I'm trying out various food boxes be it monthly,weekly quarterly.

saviour snacks offers a selection of healthy snacks delivered to you or your workplace for ease .
you get to have a bar or packet or drink everyday that is different so you don't get bored of the same say cereal bar.
there are 3 types of box at present ,the original, the super saviour,and the newly started gluten free.
every single pack in your box is screened for the following to cut out the nastiness,
no trans fats,
no hydrogenated fats,oils,colours,preservatives,additives,
no high fructose corn syrup,
no MSG,
only real ingredients you can pronounce,

delivered to your door every Monday.
the original; contains 8-10 products in each box,
the super saviour ; contains around 50 products,
the gluten free;contains 

on the inside of the box all the contents are listed in a table ,to explain ,wheat free,gluten free, dairy free,nut free,vegetarian,vegan,low fat,low sugar, height protein,high fibre,calories.

i must say I'm really impressed with this box ,so much choice and variety a good box to eat your way through,no more buying packets of stuff to end up not liking it.and relegating to the back of the cupboard,this is a good way to try different things  as 1 item of each.

Hello everyone. So today I'm going to show you the new birch-box UK box.
So birch-box  is the  main  beauty box in USA , and if you follow on line your understand that there are many variations of each box each month  . so to start off with fresh sugar rose lip treatment.
keep lips flake free, leaves a gentle colour sheen on the lips. soft,built in spf15 full size £15.50   sample received 2.2g

the latest french import,contains Shea butter,wheat germ oil,cinnamon,aloe Vera,sweet almond oil.

so we only got 4 items in this box so it was sadly Little lacking .the extra item included was tea pigs teabags or should i say teabag in peppermint.full size 15 bags £3.49-£3.99

so it was an interesting first birch box not an attention grabbing wow box to entice new subscribers .i will see for a few months and decide if i will stay another year ,
