Flavr box December

My flavr box arrived and I'm a bit behind on my blog posts as I'm busy at work cooking for staff and company functions.
This month we have been treated to 5 products.
Here is the box for December.

DAMSON CHEESE £4.50 BY WILD AT HEART.@WildForFood.
not a cheese as we know it but it is packed full of fruit. Damsons and crab apples to be precise.
As a tasty food cheese it is ideal for adding on a cheese board,damson is ideal for creamy cheeses like Brie or Camembert,or even with duck or lamb.

We have had some of there products in previous boxes.
A traditional Spanish snack these giant salted corn are crunchy and are in salted and BBQ flavour.

SWEDISH CRISPBREAD. £2.75 BY PETERS YARD @PetersYard.
Are an artisan bakery in Scotland made from sour dough.use on a cheese board or on canapés or with crudités.

CHRISTMAS MIX ROCK BAG,£2.65. BySPUN CANDY,@Spun-Candy.
A band new company based in covent garden.
All of spun candy is gelatine free. So vegetarian.

CRI CRI CHOCOLATES. £8.99 BY BELUCCI @Belluci-Choc.
a new brand of traditional chocolate from Italy.
These are hazelnut themed.
This is made from well sourced ingredients, hazelnuts are piedmont.
Flavr box have chosen these for there brightly wrapped chocolates and they make a perfect treat.
These crunchy balls of chocolate are hazelnut heven ,each one has a single hazelnut surrounded by rich chocolate.
