so hello again ,today i  thought i would show you my march tasting box i liked all but i chocolate this month.

hotel chocolat tasting club can be done every 4 ,8,12,weeks.as a one off box or whenever you fancy.including special offers and members only boxes,my Easter eggs and products have all arrived so another post to follow soon.

every time a parcel drops through the letter box it contains a booklet and the score card of which you either fill out or go on line to do, its all very easy .

so  i have the milk box.

10 choices of chocolates and 3 of each .so everyone in the house gets 1 chocolate to taste test .

amaretto coffee heavy on the amaretto with this chocolate ganache and white chocolate a light hint of coffee.

pistachio praline with added honey, creamy white chocolate enrobed in milk chocolate.

aged brandy and wine  mixed with chocolate with a dash of 5 * metaxa.

premium vodka,grey goose, a floral tasting chocolate.

43%milk tasting baton.
Criollo chocolate,usually kept for dark chocolate gives these batons add trinitario coca makes this  roasted vanilla tastes.

cocoa,coconut,hazelnut,macadamia. mixed and wrapped in chocolate ,dusted with coconut .
this was all coconut i couldn't taste the nuts.
